As with all Dubilier & Co. investments, these firms must have the potential to be the dominant company in their respective markets. Additionally, these companies must have unique, patentable IP to ensure long-term leadership.
Areas of interest include IT infrastructure, security, cloud computing, RFID/Nearfield technology, specialized business process automation/outsourcing, parallel computing, or mobile-related infrastructure.
